Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of Socifyr, including the website, dashboard, APIs, SDKs, integrations, and related services.

Last updated: May 19, 2026

Using Socifyr

You may use Socifyr only if you can form a binding agreement and comply with these Terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for activity under your account, workspace, connected social accounts, and API keys.

You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and promptly notify us of unauthorized access.

Workspaces and Permissions

Workspace owners and administrators control access, roles, connected accounts, billing settings, and content workflows for their workspace.

You are responsible for ensuring that every workspace member is authorized to view, create, approve, schedule, publish, or manage content through Socifyr.

Content and Publishing

You retain ownership of content you submit to Socifyr. You grant Socifyr the rights needed to host, process, transmit, publish, schedule, analyze, and display that content to operate the service.

You are responsible for your content and for ensuring that you have all rights, permissions, licenses, consents, and approvals required to publish it to selected platforms.

Socifyr does not guarantee that third-party platforms will accept, publish, retain, or display your content. Platform policies, API availability, rate limits, account status, and moderation decisions may affect publishing.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Socifyr to violate laws, infringe rights, distribute malware, send spam, manipulate engagement, harass others, evade platform restrictions, overload the service, or interfere with security or availability.

We may suspend or restrict access if we believe use of Socifyr creates risk, violates these Terms, violates third-party platform policies, or harms the service or other users.

Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans, usage limits, trial terms, renewal periods, and fees are presented at checkout or in the dashboard. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge applicable fees and taxes.

Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You remain responsible for charges incurred before cancellation or plan changes take effect.

APIs, SDKs, and Automation

If you use Socifyr APIs, SDKs, webhooks, or automation tools, you are responsible for your integrations, API keys, idempotency behavior, rate-limit handling, and compliance with documentation and platform rules.

We may change, limit, or discontinue API functionality where needed for security, reliability, legal compliance, or product changes.

Service Changes

We may update Socifyr, add or remove features, change integrations, impose limits, or discontinue parts of the service. We will try to provide reasonable notice when changes materially affect active customers.

Disclaimers and Liability

Socifyr is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Socifyr will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or platform account access.

Termination

You may stop using Socifyr at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk, fail to pay fees, or use the service in a way that could harm Socifyr, users, or third parties.
